Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. honey or baking molasses (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve first 3 ingredients together in small bowl.
    Mix rest of ingredients in large bowl, then add yeast mixture.
    Add 10 or more cups Occident flour, enough to make a stiff dough yet easy to knead.
    Knead well.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Knead again. Let rise again.
    Knead again and divide into 5 large loaf pans or 6 small ones.
    Let rise until double and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
