Microwave Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (or season to taste)
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can Durkee onion rings
    1 (8 oz.) brick Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine with salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken and microwave for 5 minutes.
    Turn chicken over and add mushrooms. Microwave for 5 minutes.
    Top with Durkee onion rings.
    Microwave for 2 minutes.
    Add brick of shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave again until cheese melts.
