Coconut Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 oz. Baker's coconut
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Beat eggs with fork.
    Add sugar and stir.
    Add buttermilk, margarine and vanilla.
    Mix. Stir in coconut and pour in pie crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
