Fast Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sliced peaches, drained
    1 stick butter (1/2 c. melted)
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Stir in milk and vanilla to make a thin batter.
    Place fruit slices over the batter and drizzle the melted butter over the top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes according to depth of dish or until nicely browned.
    Try berries or fruit in season.
