Corn Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in cornmeal.
    Beat eggs slightly, add milk and oleo.
    Combine with dry ingredients, stirring only until mixed.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
