Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak yeast in 3/4 cup warm water for 5 minutes.
    Combine rest of ingredients into large bowl.
    Add yeast.
    Cover and let raise 10 minutes.
    Oil 2 cookie sheets or jelly roll pans.
    Oil your hands and divide dough in 2.
    Using your hands, press dough in pans.
    Smaller pans will give a thicker crust.
    Add your favorite toppings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
