Chocolate Peek-A-Boos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Cup flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 Cup sugar
    1 Cup milk
    1/2 Cup butter
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 package (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
    Put milk into sauce pan and add butter, heat to boiling point.
    Add dry ingredients all at once to hot liquid, stirring constantly.
    Cook until mixture leaves sides of pan in smooth compact ball, stirring vigorously. Remove from heat.
    Blend in eggs, one at a time, beating smooth again.
    Add vanilla, mix well. Drop by half tsp. 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Place 2-3 chips on each cookie.
    Cover with a tsp. of dough. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with confection sugar if desired.
    Cool.
