Low-Fat And Easy Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
    3/4 c. tomato puree
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken breasts in a large skillet or electric skillet.
    Mix well and place chicken breasts on top.
    Spoon sauce over breasts.
    Simmer 30 to 45 minutes until meat is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
