Bean-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can French green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
Preparation

In a 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except last two.
Salt and pepper the contents of dish, then combine crackers (crushed) and melted oleo.
Place cracker mix over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
