Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 c. onions
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1 can milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. white crabmeat
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oleo.
    Blend flour; pour in milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Add egg yolks, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
    Put crabmeat in bowl suitable for mixing and pour cooked sauce over crabmeat.
    Blend well; transfer to lightly greased casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
