Pasta With Mushrooms Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
5 cloves garlic
3 sprigs parsley
2 Tbsp. olive oil
fresh ground pepper to taste
1/2 lb. thin spaghetti or vermicelli or angel hair
1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Slice mushrooms.
Slice garlic cloves thin.
Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until liquid has evaporated and garlic pieces are brown, but not burned.
Add Marsala.
Boil briefly and then remove from heat.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over mixture. Boil pasta al dente.
Top with mushroom sauce.
