Congealed Salad For Diabetics - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sugar-free jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. unsweetened strawberries
    1 c. pecans
    2 or 3 bananas
    4 to 6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 c. sour cream or 1 large 8 oz. lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and hot water.
    Slice bananas and mix all of the ingredients together.
    Pour 1/2 into a dish.
    Spread sour cream over the jello when it has set up.
    Spread the remainder of mixture over all this and refrigerate.
