Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 medium green onion, cut up
    1 medium onion, cut up
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. Spanish green olives
    1 c. raisins
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in oil with garlic. Add beef and brown. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce, water, raisins and olives. Simmer on medium-low heat about 50 minutes until fluid cooks down. Stir occasionally. Serve over white rice.
