Tuna Quickie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. onion, finely diced
    1/2 c. pimento, finely diced
    2 drops Tabasco sauce
    shredded, grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix soup and
    milk.
    Add rice, tuna, onion, pimento and Tabasco sauce.
    Mix
    well
    and
    pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    30
    minutes
    or
    until bubbly.
    The last few minutes of cooking time, sprinkle cheese over top of casserole and let melt.
