Apricot Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. apricot jello
    1 c. hot apricot juice
    2 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk or cream
    1 large can apricots, mashed
    1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot apricot juice.
    Add softened cream cheese and milk. Beat until smooth.
    Add mashed apricots.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Serves 10-12.
