Baked Asparagus Or Spinach* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. asparagus or spinach
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    Italian parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place asparagus or wilted spinach in a baking dish.
    Drizzle with olive oil.
    Top with chopped butter, chopped garlic and sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley.
    Cover and bake for 5 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes more. This feeds about 4. Can easily be doubled and fits nicely in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish for entertaining.
