Pineapple Salad(Yields 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans pineapple tidbits
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. arrowroot
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Drain juice off pineapple into measuring cup.
    Add enough water to make one cup of liquid.
    Now pour the cup of liquid into a saucepan and set aside.
    Mix sugar, arrowroot and eggs together. Now add sugar mixture to liquid.
    Stir together.
    Now cook this mixture to pudding stage (stir frequently).
    When mixture is cooked, set off burner and let come to room temperature.
