Easy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. canola oil
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water with 1 tsp. instant coffee

Preparation

Everything except boiling coffee can be mixed together at once.
Stir and slowly add coffee.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
