St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage meat
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 box Lipton noodle soup mix
Preparation
    Boil for 7 minutes.
    Combine all ingredients in a casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
