Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger/ground chuck or 1 1/2 lb. beef and 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 head cabbage
    2 cans kidney beans
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can V-8 juice
    1 chopped onion
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry meat and onion; drain.
    Boil until tender the cabbage; drain.
    Mix all ingredients together and cook/simmer until tender and spices are mixed.
