Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    raisins
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, salt, 1/4 cup sugar, egg and 1 cup flour.
    Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add remaining flour and blend.
    Use enough flour to knead for a soft dough.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Roll on board 12 x 9-inches.
    Spread with soft butter.
    Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
    Roll up and cut into 15 pieces. Place cut side down in pan.
    Let rise until light; bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
