Smokey Bean Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped finely
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 (1 lb. 15 oz.) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. smoked link sausages, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, combine onion, green pepper and oil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Uncover and simmer about 5 minutes more, if necessary, to reduce liquid.
    Serves 5 to 6.
