Miniature Holiday Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 vanilla wafers
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
peel from 1 1/4 grated lemons
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
Kraft strawberry preserves

Preparation

Place wafers flat side down on bottom of each of 18 foil or paper-lined baking cups.
