Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion
4 carrots, cut up
4 small potatoes, cut up
1 c. diced celery
1 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag.
Drop in beef and shake well.
Mix with oil in a casserole baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes (stir once).
Add vegetables, etc., water and tomato sauce.
Mix well.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 2 hours.
