Munnie'S Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pot roast
    small amount water or tomato juice
    vegetables
Preparation
    A proper pot roast is a square cut of chuck, rump or round.
    A heavy metal or iron pot with grill insert and tight cover is the proper setting for braising the roast.
    Brown the meat carefully on all sides; season as you brown.
    Slip the grill under the roast and add a small amount of water or tomato juice.
    Cover and simmer over low heat, renewing liquid occasionally.
    Add vegetables; cover and cook over low heat until meat and vegetables are tender.
