Miss Jane'S Famous Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots (7 carrots)
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; stir in eggs, oil, and vanilla; mix well.
Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Spread Cream Cheese Frosting between layers and on top of cake while still warm.
