Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. olive oil, divided into 1/2 c. and 1/4 c.
    3 heads romaine lettuce
    3 slices white bread cubes or 1 1/2 c. packaged croutons
    1/4 c. grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan)
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    6 anchovy fillets, chopped fine
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Crush garlic into oil.
    Let stand several hours.
    To 1/2 cup of oil, add mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.
    To washed greens, put oil mixture and anchovies.
    Break eggs into salad, one at a time.
    Add lemon and 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
    Toss gently until greens glisten.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
