Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Peel apples and cut into small squares. Set them to the side. In large bowl, mix the oil, sugar and eggs together and beat well. Add flour and vanilla to mixture gradually. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake in an ungreased bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes. Let cool then remove from pan.
