Peach Cup Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 halves canned or fresh ripe peaches, peeled
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nutmeats
1/4 c. seedless raisins
2 to 3 Tbsp. apple butter
Preparation

On a bed of lettuce, arrange 2 peach halves for each serving. Fill centers with mixture made by combining celery, nuts, raisins and apple butter. Garnish with mayonnaise or half mayonnaise and whipped cream.
