Pumpkin-Pecan Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine margarine and sugars.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Blend in pumpkin.
    Add combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Makes 2 loaves.
