Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size cabbage
1/2 lb. cheese
3 strips bacon
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
salt to taste

Preparation

Boil in salted water and drain. Line baking dish with bacon strips. Add a layer of cabbage, then a layer of grated cheese.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add the flour, then milk, stirring constantly until it boils slightly and thickens.
Pour mixture on top of cabbage/cheese layers.
Sprinkle with black pepper and paprika. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until slightly browned.
