Refreshing Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
    1 qt. apple juice, chilled
    2 qt. ginger ale, chilled
    lemon or orange sherbet
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Scoop orange or lemon sherbet into punch.
    Very good.
    Make right before serving.
