Congealed English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. juice from peas
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chopped onions
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 large can peas, drained
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add pea juice, vinegar, salt, onions, mustard and mayonnaise.
    Stir until mixture is smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a quart dish.
    Refrigerate until set.
