Corn Chip Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 large tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bottle chili sauce
1 bag dip-size corn chips
Preparation

Spread cream cheese over bottom of 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle tomato, onion and green pepper evenly on top of cream cheese.
Spread half bottle of chili sauce over vegetables. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
Microwave on High until cheese melts or place under broiler until cheese is melted.
Scoop up dip with corn chips.
