Double Chocolate Almond Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. cocoa powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. blanched almonds, chopped
    2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Gradually beat in dry ingredients.
    Stir in almonds and chocolate chips. Shape dough into 2 logs (1 1/2 x 15-inches).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes; cool.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Put on baking sheet, cut side down.
    Bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until dried.
