Chicken Tostadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 uncooked Sonora flour tortillas*
    2 c. cooked black/red beans or pinto beans
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped fresh onion
    sour cream
    hot sauce
    1 chicken half breast, cooked
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. chopped fresh tomato
    grated Parmesan cheese
    guacamole sauce
Preparation
    Mix chopped onion with chopped tomato and set aside.
    Skin and bone cooked chicken and shred meat.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator until needed.
