Cubed Steaks Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
pepper
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Beat together the egg, pepper and water.
Combine cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip steaks in egg mixture, then in crumbs.
In frying pan, brown steaks in 2 tablespoons oil.
Remove steaks.
Add tomato sauce.
Replace steaks in pan.
Do not let tomato sauce on top of steaks.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. The last couple of minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top of meat.
Replace cover.
