Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. raisins
3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
cinnamon
Preparation

Scald milk; put raisins in milk and allow to cool.
Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add milk, raisins and egg to flour mixture.
Stir quickly.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
