Garlic-Lemon Chicken Breasts(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    dash of salt
    pepper to taste
    3 cloves garlic
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2/3 c. dry white cooking wine or any white wine
Preparation
    Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Saute garlic over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and brown for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
    Pour 1/4 lemon juice over the chicken and cook for 1 minute.
    Turn chicken breasts and add remaining lemon juice and white wine.
    Cover and cook over medium-low heat until done (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Serve with wild rice.
