Squash Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mashed cooked squash
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add milk, squash and oleo.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to the squash mixture.
    Put in muffin tin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
