Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. coconut
1 stick oleo
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
Make cake according to package directions.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
In separate bowl, mix oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Spoon over cake.
This sinks into cake.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
