Healthy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen fish fillets
    1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place frozen fish (unthawed) on a broiler pan.
    Spread mayonnaise on top to completely cover fish.
    Season to taste. Bake 30 minutes or until fish flakes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven. Yield: 4 servings.
