Betty'S Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    6 oz. frozen orange concentrate, thawed
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine milk, pudding and orange concentrate. Beat 1 minute.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    When mixed well, store in covered container overnight.
    Serve with any fresh fruit. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
