Ohio Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    3 eggs, well beaten
    12 soda crackers, crushed
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Salt chicken.
    Dip in eggs.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Place in a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender, turning chicken every 15 minutes.
