Soft Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups crisco shortening
    1 cup molasses
    1 cup warm water
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
    9-10 cups flour
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, shortening and molasses.
    Then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters.
    Bake on greased cookie sheets 375 for 10-12 minutes.
