Omelets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Egg Beaters
    2 to 3 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 slice (1 oz.) fat free American cheese or 1 oz. shredded fat free cheese
Preparation
    In a small frying pan (6 to 8-inch), spray with butter flavored Pam.
    Saute mushrooms and green pepper until tender. Remove and set aside.
    Re-spray pan.
    Over medium heat, cook Egg Beaters, moving cooked egg to center to make omelet.
    When eggs are cooked, turn off heat.
    Arrange vegetables on 1/2 of omelet and cheese over the vegetables.
    Fold in half.
    Eat immediately. Calories:
