Hummingbird Cake(In Loving Memory Of "Uncle" Bill Martin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple undrained
    3/4 c. pecans
    1/4 c. black walnuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil stirring until dry ingredients are moist.
    Do not actually beat with mixer.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts, and bananas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
    Bake in 3 pans.
    When done, cool 10 minutes in pans, then turn on cooling racks until completely cooled.
