Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    1 medium sized tomato
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 sprigs cilantro
Preparation
    Peel and cube avocados.
    Save the seeds.
    Dice the tomato also. Put together in a bowl.
    Add finely chopped cilantro and onion, lemon juice, salt and a dash or so of hot sauce.
    Mix and serve.
