Creamed Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 qt. peaches, sliced and drained
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, oleo and flour with mixer until creamy. Add egg, vanilla and salt.
    Mix well. Pour over about 1-quart drained peaches (sliced) which have been placed in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
