Spicy Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 large potatoes
Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix mustards, oil, garlic, tarragon, paprika and red pepper into a smooth paste.
Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
Pat dry with paper towel and toss with mustard mixture until coated.
